About Our Company

Building with Integrity, Delivering with Precision

We Have Been Supporting Projects Since Day One

Lewis-Joseph Consulting Inc. was built around a straightforward idea: clients deserve a construction and property management partner who’s as invested in the outcome as they are. We’re based in Winnipeg and work across Manitoba — on commercial builds, institutional projects, residential construction, and property management mandates of all sizes.

We’re a hands-on firm. The people you talk to in planning are the same people managing your site. There’s no project coordinator who fields your calls and then relays messages to someone you’ve never met. You get direct access to the team doing the work, and they’re accountable for the result.

Our role is simple: make sure your project gets delivered right — on time, on budget, and built to the standard you were promised. We support clients through every stage of the process, from early feasibility and planning through to construction coordination, final inspections, and property management after the build is complete.

Construction
Management

We lead contractor coordination, manage schedules, track costs, and make sure your build progresses the way it's supposed to. Whether it's a renovation or a ground-up new build, you stay informed without having to be on site every day — because we are.

Project Delivery
Support

From the first planning meeting to the final deficiency clearance, we manage every moving part. Procurement, trade coordination, site operations, quality checks, progress reporting — it all runs under one management structure. Nothing falls through the gap between phases because there are no gaps.

Property
Management

We manage properties the same way we run construction projects — with defined systems, consistent oversight, and clear reporting. Tenant sourcing, lease renewals, rent collection, inspections, maintenance coordination. Owners get monthly reporting and real-time access to their asset data. No chasing information down.

Building Today. Protecting Tomorrow.

Every decision we make on a project is made with the long view in mind. A building that looks finished isn’t necessarily built to last. We track the details that show up two or three years down the line — quality of materials, workmanship standards, documentation, deficiency resolution — because that’s what actually protects your investment over time.

After delivery, our property management services extend that same discipline into day-to-day operations. Properties under our management are inspected on a defined schedule, maintenance issues are handled before they escalate, and owners get consistent reporting that tells them exactly what’s happening with their asset. We don’t think of construction and property management as separate services. To us, they’re two stages of the same commitment.

Our Experience

Experience You
Can Trust

We’ve worked on projects that started clean and got complicated. Budget pressures, contractor disputes, scope changes, weather delays — most complex builds hit something. The firms that handle those situations well are the ones that planned properly and stay calm when things shift.

That’s the experience we bring to every new job. We understand contractor coordination, cost management, property asset oversight, and the kind of site leadership that keeps a project from quietly drifting off track. We don’t guess our way through problems. We plan, document, make decisions with the information we have, and adjust when we need to.

Clients who’ve been through a poorly managed project before tend to notice the difference quickly. The reports are clear. The communication is consistent. The site is organised. And when something comes up — because something always does — we deal with it instead of waiting to see if it resolves itself.
