How can I request a quote for my project?
Fill out the contact form or call us directly at (204) 963-3961. It helps to have a rough sense of your project scope, preferred timeline, and budget range when you reach out — but if you're still early in the process, that's fine too. We can help you figure out what you need.
Do you charge for an initial consultation?
No. The first conversation is free. We'll talk through your goals, ask some questions, and give you an honest read on what the project looks like from our end. If we're the right fit, we'll tell you. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.
What information should I prepare before contacting you?
Anything you have is helpful — project scope, site location, drawings if they exist, budget range, preferred timeline. If you don't have any of that yet, don't worry. We can work through it together. The more context you can share, the more useful the first conversation will be.
How quickly can you start once I reach out?
Depends on what you need and where we are with current projects. Smaller consulting engagements can sometimes start within a week or two. Larger construction management mandates require more lead time for proper planning. Reach out and we'll give you an honest answer based on what's actually available.
Do you only take projects in Winnipeg?
Most of our work is based in Winnipeg, but we work across Manitoba. If your project is outside the city, reach out and we'll tell you whether it's something we can take on properly. We don't commit to projects we can't staff — so if we say yes, we mean it.
